National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism's Alcohol Policy Information System
The Alcohol Policy Information System (APIS) is an electronic resource that provides authoritative, detailed, and comparable information on alcohol-related policies in the United States, at both State and Federal levels. Designed primarily as a tool for researchers, APIS is intended to encourage and facilitate research on the effects and effectiveness of alcohol-related policies.
University of Minnesota Alcohol Epidemiology Program: Alcohol Policies in the United States: Highlights from the 50 States
Designed as a tool for public officials, policymakers, law enforcement and alcohol beverage control authorities, this report provides information on patterns and trends of selected alcohol policies around the country, and on the status of the policies in each state as of January 1, 2000.
